This sweet family is building a new home and I what Mom wrote about why she wanted to do this photo shoot on the land makes my heart smile… “We’ll be on our empty acreage in Magnolia. This is the site where our home will be built over the next year or two. As of now, we believe this will be our long-term homestead, the place that our children come home to for Christmas/holidays when they’re grown. For now, the land is rather new to us. But it’s where we will explore and build adventures, try our hand at things like growing vegetables or raising chickens, dreams will be lived out and memories will be made. If anything could be captured in these photos, I want it to be centric to our family (not necessarily the place), but a sense of what’s at hand for us there…”
